Does the database expire?
Our databases can be accessed after you purchase an yearly subscription. After your subscription ends you will have to renew it to continue to use the product. The subscription is automatically renewed each year.
How can I update my database?
After you buy an yearly subscription for one of our databases, your data will be automatically updated for the duration of your subscription (you will periodically receive new companies and the contact details will be kept up-to-date).
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can easily cancel your subscription by sending us an email at or by calling us during work hours. The cancellation demands will be processed within 48 hours. Yearly subscriptions cannot be refunded in the first year. After the automatic renewal of the subscription, orders can be cancelled in the first 30 days of the second year.
Can I choose to pay in my country’s currency?

The payment form allows you to choose the desired currency as per your location. Please notice that all our prices are VAT free. If you do not want to pay the VAT tax: on the order form fill in the company’s VAT/TVA/IVA number.

What payment options do I have?

You can pay with your credit or debit card, through PayPal, with cheques or through wire transfer.Accepted credit or debit cards: Visa, Master Card, Maestro (only debit cards issued in the UK), American Express, JCB and Diners Club. When you pay through PayPal or with your credit/debit card your order will be processed as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email with an attached invoice. If you pay via wire transfer: you will be taken to an order confirmation page, and an email will be sent out to you with the details for payment. Please transfer the invoice amount to the account listed in the email. As soon as we receive your payment we send you the invoice through email. Attention! Please DO NOT make a payment before you receive the order confirmation; this will allow us to correctly allocate your payment to your order. Cheque payment: once our system records your order, a confirmation email will be sent out to you together with the required information for cheque payment.

How do I order?

Placing your order is easy: go to the Order Form and fill in all the required fields. Then choose your payment method and currency. Lastly, confirm your order by clicking on the ‘Next’ button. Depending on the type of payment you choose, you could be asked to follow a few more steps.

What will happen after I place my order?

You will immediately receive confirmation of the transaction after entering your order online. You will also receive confirmation by e-mail. The confirmation contains all of your order information, including your invoice or receipt. If you selected the credit/debit card or online wire transfer payment option during the order process, your product will be delivered within 24 hours.

What is the format of the database?
The BWI databases are available online on our website and can be accessed from any computer with an internet connection, with the  correct user name and password. The data is presented in an easy-to-use format, similar to Excel, with advanced filters that can be used to display exactly the details you require. The emails can be easily exported and saved locally in .CSV format.
How do I access the database?
After we receive the payment confirmation we need to activate your account. Please use your business email and fill in the company name during the order process in order to speed up this process.*We provide our databases only to companies who operate in the wine sector and related sectors. Orders from other companies could be refunded.When the account has been activated (between 6 and 24 hours after payment) you will receive an email with the login information (user name, password, etc.).
