At BestWineImporters, we’re continuously improving the platform to help wine producers and exporters make their prospecting activities more efficient and more successfull.
Today, we’re introducing three improvements designed to make searching, exporting and organizing potential buyers easier than ever:
- AI Search Dashboard — Use natural text and indications to find companies that better match your products and export strategy.
- Hide Exported Companies — Focus on new prospects and improve exports without repeatedly reviewing the same companies.
- Improved My Lists — Organize your prospects into multiple custom lists.
Here’s how each feature can improve your workflow.
1. AI Search Dashboard: Find Importers That Match Your Products
Traditional database filters are useful when you know exactly what you’re looking for. But sometimes finding the right distribution partner requires a more detailed search.
The new AI Search Dashboard gives BestWineImporters users a more natural way to search for companies that could be a good match for their products.
Instead of relying exclusively on standard filters, you can ask the system like you would ask an AI, in a text interface, to take into consideration different data points, including:
- Company size
- Imported wine brands
- Business specialization
- Other relevant company information
For example, an American winery looking to expand into Europe could ask the system:“Find wine importers and distributors in Europe for my wines, with a number of employees between 50 and 500″.
This approach helps exporters move beyond simply finding lists of importers and start identifying companies with stronger potential compatibility with their products.
The AI Search Dashboard is available to BestWineImporters subscribers as part of their subscription.
2. Hide Exported Companies: Focus on Fresh Opportunities
If you’ve been using BestWineImporters for a while, you’ve probably already exported numerous companies from different markets.
When returning to your searches, you may encounter businesses you’ve previously exported, requiring additional time to identify which prospects are actually new.
Our new Hide Exported Companies feature helps solve this problem.
With this option enabled, you can hide previously exported companies from your search results and focus on businesses you haven’t exported yet. It is also useful when exporting larger lists form a selection of a few thousand companies, and you want to continue from where you left.
Why is this useful?
Imagine you’ve already researched and exported a list of German wine importers. A few weeks later, you return to the platform to identify additional opportunities.
Instead of reviewing the same companies again, you can activate Hide Exported and concentrate on other potential partners.
It’s a simple improvement that can save time, reduce repetitive work and make your prospecting activities more efficient.
3. Improved My Lists: Organize Your Prospecting Your Way
Not every winery or exporter approaches prospecting in the same way.
Some organize their work by export market, others by product category, and others according to the priority or status of potential partners.
With the improved My Lists section, you now have more flexibility to organize companies according to your needs.
You can:
- Create multiple custom lists.
- Add companies to the lists you’ve created.
- Choose to display companies from your selected lists.
- Manage your lists as your prospecting activities evolve.
For example, you could create separate lists for German Importers, Priority Prospects, Sparkling Wine Buyers or Companies to Contact Next.
You can then switch between the full company database and companies in your selected lists.
These improvements allow you to better organize your work and personalize the BestWineImporters platform to your specific export strategy.
Less Time Managing Data, More Time Connecting With Buyers
These three updates share one goal: helping wine producers and exporters spend less time managing information and more time finding and approaching relevant business partners.
Whether you’re exploring a new export market, expanding your existing importer network or organizing your next outreach campaign, the latest BestWineImporters improvements can help make the process more efficient.
